1.1Repair and Quotation
The price is indicative only and may change. The price of the Repair or Product indicated on your inquiring is an indicative non-binding price based upon information provided by you, including, for example: the fault on the device. Accordingly, any such indicative price is subject to detailed verification by us upon inspection of your device. If there is any change to the price (for example, because the information you have provided to us is incorrect, or if we identify additional defects, or if you have ask for wrong repair type, or we have made a mistake in communicating the pricing to you, we will notify you so you may decide whether or not to proceed. If you choose not to proceed, we shall not supply the ordered goods/services/Repair, and shall have no liability to you other than to refund any sum previously paid by you less fees.​
2.1WARNING ABOUT SOME SERVICE AND REPAIR
To access some Device's to replace or repair it, we have to remove the Screen / LCD / Back Glass / Lens / Digitizer / Main Bard / Camera Charging Port / CD DRIVE / HDD / OR....... on your device.
There is always a risk of breaking some Parts like, Digitizer, LCD Screen, Back Glass or other's Parts in the process of Repair Replace.
For us to take on this Repair, you must be aware that if the Device Parts Like Screen, HDD or Back Glass did break you would need a replacement Broken Parts or Full Unit depending on your Device.

4.1Payment Methods
Use of our repair service may void your manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty we offer is linked to device as identified by its IMEI or serial number and will records on our system. The warranty will cover original fault and for the part replaced/repaired only. if additional faults arise, they will not be covered under the this warranty. Water and other liquid damage or damaged by you isn't covered by warranty. 7 Days time limit Warranty for Repair and Parts included Smart Repairs.

5.1Used Products
All Used Item come with 30 Days Warranty, Water and other liquid damage or damaged by you isn't covered by warranty. Please do not Remove Void Label that we can not accept Return if Void Label missing.
All Used Part's Are Tested and Cleaned and ready for you, however if you find any problem or you like to return please Contact Us.
6.1Non Trader Shopper
if you buy as Private customer, you confirm that you got the knowledge how to fit/use the item/parts/tools you ordered, It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they have the knowledge, skills and tools to complete the repair they are undertaking. We are not responsible for any damage.
Some repairs may be more complex than others and require specialist skills and tools. we have right to cancel your order and refund your payment with no any reason. if you have any question please get in touch with us.
