How long will my repair take?


Our repairs are completed in a fast and safe manner and repaired devices will usually be returned to you within 24 hours. If more time is required we will get in touch and let you know.




How do I use repair service?


1) Buy it Now and pay with PayPal, Card or over Phone. 2) don't send Cable, Sim Card, Case or Charger as this is not needed for repair. 3) be sure to Wrap your Device in bubble wrap or similar. 4) Place your Device, Mobile Phone with your order form, order ID or Payment ID with your Return Address and Phone number in Jiffy Bag. 5) Send your Device to us at the address below via Royal Mail special delivery, UPS, DPD or similar, to ensure your Device is delivered to us safely. How to send my device for repair without payment in advance?


Please give us call to make sure we are able to fix your device before you send it to us! 1) Download, Print Repair form and include with your repair, your full Name, return address, phone number, email address and short description of repair. 2) don't send Cable, Sim Card, Case or Charger as this is not needed for repair. 3) be sure to Wrap your Device in bubble wrap or similar. 4) Place your Device, Mobile Phone with your Return Address and Phone number in Jiffy Bag. 5) Send your Device to us at the address below via Royal Mail special delivery, UPS, DPD or similar, to ensure your Device is delivered to us safely. we are good but we are not perfect, If we are not able to repair your device, we will refund your paymenty and will send your device back to you at no extra cost.




What's is Price's & Quotation?


The price is indicative only and may change. The price of the Repair or Product indicated on your enquiring is an indicative non-binding price based upon information provided by you, including, for example: the fault on the device. Accordingly, any such indicative price is subject to detailed verification by us upon inspection of your device.
